Our Cheeses

Dorstone/ Delicate, fresh, light. Pasteurised goats’ milk. Herefordshire.
Old Winchester Gouda/ Aged for 20 months, is caramelised, and smokey. Wiltshire.
Kirkhams Lancashire/ Buttery, yoghurty, special selection. Raw cows’ milk. Lancashire.
Baron Bigod Brie/ Rich and creamy, pasteurised cow’s milk. Suffolk.
Yordale Blue/ fresh, sharp yet light flavour with a supply creamy texture. Yorkshire.

Our Charcuterie

Pork and Fennel Salami/ Yorkshire bred pork, seasoned with pepper & fennel seed.
Coppa/ Cured from rib eye of outdoor reared pork, air dried for a minimum of six weeks.
Lomo/ Dry cured pork loin rolled in paprika, aged for at least six weeks.
